The CARSTAR brand was in need of a brand refresh to help them differentiate in a fiercely competitive environment. The brand decided to work alongside internationally renowned and award winning image consultants at Watt International to help take the brand image to the next level.
Traditionally, collision repair stores are seen as intimidating and are not know for the best design or image. Based on research, the CARSTAR brand was already seen in a more positive way than much of their competition; however, creating an even stronger brand image that would improve awareness, evoke positive responses from an audience, increase revenue, and drive client loyalty.
After the initial design was created by Watt International, the execution was left to the marketing team at CARSTAR. This involved researching and selecting vendors to work with, testing and developing different levels of the rollout, and creating a step by step guide for stores as to the research, reasoning and execution of the new brand image.
