Customer Feedback Email Survey
In order to gain more insights into Health First Network’s customers and form a more structured email marketing lists, the marketing team developed a survey and contest to send existing subscribers. Two communications were sent out asking customers to fill out a short survey for the chance to win a Fitbit Flex. We were very pleased with the response we got – approximately 10% of our email list completed the survey.
Though this exercise we have been able to identify some demographic and psychographics traits of our list, allowing us to tailor our messaging towards these customers and increase both open rate and click-through rate.
